A multi-divisional  Central  PSE,  and  pioneers  in the manufacture and marketing of Fertilisers, Chemicals and Caprolactam, with activities spread over Manufacturing, Engineering Design and Consultancy, Fabrication

Vacancy Description:

Management Trainee (Finance) - 04 Vacancies

Age Details:

Maximum 26 Years as on 01.02.2024

Remuneration :-

Rs 50000-160000 (E2) Pay Scale 

Qualification Required:

Pass in final examination as : (i) Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR (ii) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)/ (ICWAI) from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.

Selection Process:-

• Based on total marks scored in Test (CBT), Group Discussion and Personal Interview. 
• The test is proposed to  be held at Delhi / Hyderabad / Chennai / Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi. 
• GD/Interview will be held at Kochi.
• Candidates five times the number of vacancies notified for each category under each post, in the order of merit will be called for GD/Interview as the case may be.

Exam Pattern:

• 60 questions Part 1 & Part 2 each  for 120 minutes
• Part 1 :Management Aptitude (40), General English (10) and General Knowledge (10)
• Part 2 : 60 questions on Subject knowledge 

• Relevant date for determining eligibility with regard to all eligibility criteria such as qualification, experience, age etc. will be “01.02.2024”.

Application Fee:-

Non-refundable Rs. 1180/- including GST (excluding bank charges)

SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Internal candidates are exempted from application fee, subject to furnishing documents.

Applications submitted online through the website of FACT will only be considered.  The online application will be open from 17.02.2024 to 10.03.2024.
