Vacancies Details:-
Executive Trainee Finance (E-2 Grade)
Total - 11 (UR-05 , EWS-01 , OBC-02 , SC-02 ,ST-01)
Compensation :-
TSelected candidates will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs. 50,000.00 in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 -3%-1,60,000 (IDA) during the period of training as Executive Trainee in E-2 Grade.These candidates will be absorbed after successful completion of training as Senior Officer- Finance in E-3 Grade in pay scale of Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 (IDA).
During training period beside Basic Pay candidates will also be paid Dearness Allowance and will be entitled for other perquisites & allowance @35% of Basic Pay under cafeteria approach. Other benefits include reimbursement against laptop, payment towards liveries, leave, medical treatment, gratuity, pension etc.
On regularization, the Compensation package shall include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance as per cafeteria, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA,Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility, etc. will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time. The Corporation also offers excellent facilities like Short and Long term Loans & Advances including House Building Advance, Car Loan, Computer/Laptop loan, Medical facilities for self and dependents, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity and Pension.
Age Limit-
Upper Age Limit as on 09.08.2023 should be 30 years.

Computation of age shall be done as on 09.08.2023.
Educational Qualification :-
CA / CMA qualified, from The Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India/The
Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Overall percentage in class Xth & XIIth examinations should not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA (taking averageof all subjects) for candidates belonging to General, EWS, OBC(NCL), ST and PwBDs Category. Candidates with 64.99% marks are not eligible and the same shall not be rounded off to 65%. And Pass marks in case of SC category, Departmental candidates & Ex-Servicemen Category candidates.
Selection Procedure :-
✓Candidates shall be shortlisted as per merit based on the ICAI and ICMAI final examination score and will be shortlisted for Personal Interview.
✓Separate cutoff scores will be applied for CA and CMA Final scores. Shortlisting for interviews will be based on the merit of marks achieved in the final examinations of ICAI (CA) and ICMAI (CMA), using a ratio of 1:5 for each."
✓The Selection Process consists of marks obtained (100 marks) in Xth, XIIth, Essential Qualification and Personal Interview.

Placement:-
The place of posting will be decided after successful completion of training, based on requirement of various units/projects/officesof the Corporation.
Service Agreement Bond:-
The selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Agreement bond, for General (UR), OBC & EWS category of Rs. 10,00000/- and for SC/ST/PwBDs category of ₹ 7,50,000/ to successfully complete the prescribed training period and thereafter serve the company for at least 03 years.

Registration Fee-
Candidate belonging to General/OBC(NCL)/EWS category are required to pay non-refundable registration fee Rs.600 (Rs Six Hundred Only) through online mode. The SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex Servicemen/Departmental candidates (THDCIL Employees only) need not pay the
Registration fee.
