appointed for the above posts will be on probation for a period of one year and
shall be confirmed in the post on successful completion of the probationary
period.
In addition
to basic pay other allowances like Central DA, Children Education
Assistance, Canteen Subsidy, Site Allowance, Cable TV Reimbursement, News Paper
Reimbursement, Medical Assistance, Site Conveyance Allowance (optional),
Accommodation, School facility etc. as admissible from time to time as per
Corporation Rules will be granted.

Educational Qualification;-
Any
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized
University / Institution.
Essential
requirements for Skill Test
(a)
Typewriting Test –
A
speed of 30 words per Minute in English typing on PC
(b)
Computer Proficiency Test
(c)
Candidates should have passed a
Certificate Course of duration of not less than 6 months on MS-Windows
Operating System and Desktop Applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel,
Access and PowerPoint), e-mail Management and Internet Surfing.
However, Certificate Course will not apply to the candidates who have studied computer science/computer applications as one of the subjects in their school or college curriculum.
Selection
Process:
Written Examination (Preliminary Test + Advanced Test) + Skill
Test
The written examination will be OMR based or Computer Based Test
(CBT)
A candidate has to qualify at each stage of prescribed selection
process for final empanelment.
Online examination will be conducted tentatively in February,
2023. Exact date, time and venue of the written examination will be available
in the “Admit Card”.
Candidates qualifying in the written examination shall be
shortlisted in the order of merit in the ratio of 1 post : 5 candidates (where
the qualifying no. of candidates are more than 5) for appearing in the Personal
Interview/Skill Test/Document Verification which will be conducted in Surat
tentatively in May, 2023.
Exact date, time and venue of the Personal Interview/Skill Test/Document Verification will be available in the “Personal Interview/Skill Test/Document Verification Call letter”.
Written Examination (Preliminary Test + Advanced Test) + Skill Test
Stage-1 Preliminary Test:
50
Multiple Choice Questions of 01 (one) hour duration for a maximum of 150 marks
in the following proportion:
(a)General Knowledge & Current Affairs - 25 Questions
(b)Computer Knowledge - 15 Questions
(c) English - 10 Questions
Stage-2 Advanced Test:
Test will be of 02 (two hours) duration for a Maximum of 150
marks. The syllabus for question paper for Stage 2 test will comprise 50
Multiple Choice Questions
(a)Quantitative Aptitude - 25 Questions
(b)Critical Reasoning - 25 Questions
