DA, CCA, HRA/leased accommodation, Leave Fare Concession, Medical Insurance, retirement benefits and other perquisites shall be as per Bank rules.
Age Details:-
Minimum age limit shall be 21 years and
Maximum age limit shall be 28 years
However, relaxations in age for the candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC / PWD /others are provided. (Refer Detailed Notification)
Educational Qualification & Preferences ;-
Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Or
Cost Management Accountant- CMA (ICWA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India Or
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute (USA). Or
Full time Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management (MBA/ PGDM/ equivalent) with specialization in Finance from any Institute/ College/University recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Note:-
The level of educational qualifications prescribed for the posts is minimum. Candidates must possess above qualifications/ work experience as on closing date of registration i.e. 11.06.2023 and must produce Marks Sheet & Provisional Certificate/ Degree Certificate issued from the University and Post qualification work experience certificate in the relevant field. The result of the qualification prescribed must have been declared on or before 11.06.2023. The exact date of declaration of result should be explicitly mentioned in the Degree certificate or any other certificate issued by the university. Otherwise, the date appearing on the Marksheets/ Provisional Certificate/Degree Certificate shall be reckoned for deciding eligibility. No correspondence shall be entertained in this matter.
Post Qualification Work Experience:-
Mandatory: NIL
Desirable: Work Experience in Bank(s)/FI(s)
Job Roles (Indicative):-
Corporate Credit Verticals, MSME/ Retail Credit Verticals, Trade Finance Verticals, Finance and Taxation Division.
Selection Process:-
Selection will be based on Online Written Test followed by Personal Interview OR Personal Interview only, depending upon the applications response received against each post, as per discretion of the Bank.

Eligibilty Criteria:-
A candidate must be either –
i. a Citizen of India or
ii. a subject of Nepal or
iii. a subject of Bhutan or
iv. a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
v. a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
HOW TO APPLY: -
Candidates can apply online only from 24.05.2023 to 11.06.2023 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
