Educational Qualification :-

Academic qualification

Generalist - Assistant Manager

A full time bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum of 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST/PwBD) or a full time Master’s Degree in any discipline with aggregate minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. 

Candidates possessing qualification of CA/CMA/CS may also apply. 

The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate/ Professional qualification certificate that he/ she is a graduate/post-graduate/ CA/CMA/ CS (wherever applicable) as on 01.09.2023 and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation/ Post-graduation/professional qualifications while registering online. 

Post Qualification Experience

While no prior experience is required, any relevant experience would be given weightage.

Selection Process :- 

Phase 1:- Examination - Check Notification

• Descriptive Test is a test of English Language consisting of two parts Letter Writing and Essay.
• Descriptive Test is of qualifying nature and candidates have to secure minimum score .

Phase 2 :- Interview

• A category wise merit list will be prepared on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in the Objective Test.
• The weightage (ratio) of Online Examination and Interview will be 80:20 respectively. Final Selection will be through merit list which will be prepared by adding marks secured by candidates in Online Examination and Interview
