The Sixteenth Finance Commission has invited applications for the engagement of Young professionals and Consultants.
About Sixteenth Finance Commission ;
Finance Commission mainly decides the tax sharing formula between the Centre and the states. The 16th Finance Commission is expected to submit its recommendations by October 31, 2025, covering an award period of five years beginning April 1, 2026.
This is open ended notification i.e this recruitment process will continue till the vacancy is filled up.

Young Professional: 32 Years
Consultant : 40 Years
Senior Consultant : 45 Years
Remuneration :
Young Professional: Rs 80,000
Consultant : Rs 1,20,000
Senior Consultant : Rs 1,75,000
Educational Qualification :
Master's or MBA degree (in/with Economics or Finance or similar subjects) or ICWA or CA
Experience ( in Years)
Young Professional: 2+ Years
Consultant : 5+ Years
Senior Consultant : 9+ Years
