Ammonia-Urea plants viz. Nangal & Bathinda Units in Punjab, Panipat Unit in Haryana and two plants at Vijaipur
Unit at District Guna in Madhya Pradesh.

Remuneration:-
NFL offers one of the best pay packages in the Fertilizer industry. The selected candidates, who shall
undergo minimum 1 year training at our various Units/Offices, will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40000 -
3% - 140000 at the Basic Pay of ₹40000 during training period.
On successful completion of training
period & on clearance of minimum standards, such candidates will be considered for regularization as
Officers in the pay scale of ₹40000- 3% - 140000 at a basic pay of ₹41200/-.
Besides Basic Pay, candidates
will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance / Company Accommodation and will
also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances / benefits such as Leave, Medical Facilities, Performance
Related Pay, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme,
Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. as per Company rules in force from time to time during training / after
regularization
Educational Qualification :-
Management Trainee
(F&A)
Bachelors Degree with pass in final examination of
CA/ICWA/ CMA from Institute of Charted
Accountant of India / The Institute of Cost
Accountant of India (ICAI)
Selection Process :-
The selection process will comprise oF Test & Personal Interview.
Eligible candidates will be
provisionally called for Interview tentatively in 1:5 ratio.
Weightage:-
Offline OMR Based Test :- 80%
Personal Interview :- 20%
Exam Pattern:-
Test will have two parts, Discipline related and Aptitude related.
Professional Knowledge - 100 Questions
English, Quantitative, Reasoning & General Awareness. - 50 Questions
Duration of test will be 02 hours (120 minutes).
There will be no negative marking for wrong
answer.
The examination level of the domain subject will be of minimum prescribed educational qualification,
as applicable for each post.

The tentative centres for Offline OMR Based test shall be at Ranchi (Jharkhand), Lucknow (Uttar
Pradesh), Chandigarh (Chandigarh), Raipur (Chhattisgarh), New Delhi (Delhi), Bengaluru (Karnataka),
Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Hyderabad (Telangana), Chennai (Tamil Nadu),
Kochi (Kerala), Jaipur (Rajasthan), Mumbai (Maharashtra), Guwahati (Assam), Kolkata (West Bengal)

Selected candidates during training / after regularization can be
posted in any of the Units/Offices/Joint Ventures of the Company at the discretion of the Management
depending upon the administrative/functional requirements of Organization at any point of time. Only

General, OBC & EWS category candidates are required to pay non-refundable application fee plus
